Orgasmic Monday

Okay, so after putting my menu together, grocery shopped, I needed to figure out what to cook for the day. Since I was in a lazy mode, I decided to make Chana and rice with sweet peas, also added a slice of naan (bought at indian store).

Chana (chickpeas) recipe

●2 cans of chickpeas (faster)
●2 chopped tomatoes
●1 pound chicken breast
●1 white onion(usually make it with red, but that's what I had on hand)
● 1 tbsp of oil (I used canola)
● 20 g of Chholey masala (I bought a box at an Indian store)
●1 tsp of salt
● Chilli powder (optional)

Cut chicken in 1/4 cube (smaller if you want).Marinated it with Creole seasoning, cayenne pepper, black pepper, basil. (You could add whatever you want.)

Put a pan on the stove on medium heat and wait for it to be hot. Put chicken and let it cook, then flip. (I like it when it get a little brown so I know it is fully cooked.)

Took out the chicken, and add the oil to the pan. Fry the onions til golden brown. Add the tomatoes, chickpeas make sure it is well blended and at the  chholey masala, salt and chilli pepper. Mix well, then add chicken.

I like when mine a little brown so I keep stirring on medium heat, until it start sticking to the bottom.

Rice with sweet peas

I make it so often that I never measure.

A little bit of olive oil in a pot on medium heat. Add onions (not so much) and fry until golden brown. Add sweet peas and stir until it is soft. I add maggie chicken bouillon for flavor instead of salt. Add water, bring to a boil and add rice. Reduce heat and simmer until rice is tender.

And VOILA! !!

Have you tried these delicious food before? If so what recipe do you follow?

1 week, 4 recipes, Multiple orgasms

So, this week I've decided to plan ahead. who would of thought, ME planning ahead...

Everyone who truly knows me, definitely knows that I do not plan ahead. Well, apparently to diminished my everyday frustration of trying to figure out what to cook before my honey gets home, I have decided to make a weekly menu. Now, the questions; what to cook, how long will it take, will it meet my expectations, what day will I cook it? Well to make my life easier I grabbed one of my 20 millions unused cookbooks and randomly selected a few recipes.

First on the list was a craving of mine

Pizookie (A pizza cookie): Warm white chocolate macadamia cookies with vanilla bean ice cream. I first had it at Bj's restaurant. Honestly it is to die for, because it will for sure give you that orgasm you've been longing for. Since Valentine's day is on Thursday, I will make cookies for the office, and of course have my pizookie at home (double orgasm :wink :wink).

I also chose these recipes:

Sausage Spanish Rice
Beef and Wild Rice Medley
Taco Twists

I will also cook whatever I have at home.

Spicy Chana(chickpeas) with chicken, Indian style. I make this all the times.
Yuca with garlic

I might add more, but I will post each recipes and pictures and see if actually planning the menu for a week will pay off.

Stay tuned!!
